I would suggest you to check the services responsible for wireless connection and see if they are running. Try the steps provided below. Step 1. Step 2. Tap or click Hardware and Sound , and then tap or click Device Manager. Step 3: Go to device manager. Step 4: Click on view and press on "show hidden devices".
